Welcome to Desert Night Tours. You can book any of our tours or services via our website (desertnighttours.com) or contact number, or any partner platform. Confirm that you've read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms are made to protect both you and us - to ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience.
1. Booking Confirmation
- Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed when a complete or partial payment (as required) is received.
- Once your booking is done - we’ll send the details to your email or WhatsApp.
- Review the details and inform us quickly if any updates are required.
2. Pricing & Payment
- Prices on our website or offered by our staff will be priced in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to fluctuation without prior announcement due to the season or availability, government fees, or other operational reasons.
- The payment method is with credit/debit cards, online transfer, or cash (if arrangements are made).
- The full amount of payment might be required for certain tours prior to the beginning of the service.
3. Cancellations & Refund Policy
The cancellation fee is determined according to the time of cancellation:
- At least 24 hours before departure time - Full credit or rescheduling is allowed.
- Within 24 hours of tour time - there is no refund.
- Cancellations at the last minute or no-shows: No refunds.
- Refunds (where appropriate) are processed within 7-14 days of the original payment method after subtracting any charges imposed by banks or gateways.
- We have the option to change or cancel tours due to the weather, safety issues and vehicle problems, or other unavoidable operational issues. In these instances, customers could be given a refund or a different date.
4. Amendments to Bookings
- Any changes to the dates of booking or guest count packages, or pick-up places would need to be made in advance and contingent on the availability.
- Additional charges could apply to amend the booking based on the changes you request.
5. Pick-Up & Drop-Off Policy
- Shared tours are available with regular city pickup points within Dubai.
- Desert camps, remote locations, or hotels that are not within typical coverage areas can result in additional costs.
- Time of pickup is approximate and subject to weather conditions or traffic.
- Customers must be at the location of pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Any delays caused by late guests are not our responsibility.
6. Health, Safety & Participation Rules
For visitors' safety and comfort - some activities like quad biking, dune bashing, and sandboarding are not suitable for:
- Women who are pregnant
- Patients with heart problems or neck/back issues
- Recently employed individuals
- Patients with a medical condition
- Participants must follow the instructions given by our driver and guides.
- We have the right to deny service to any person who displays unsafe behavior or medical insufficiency.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Participants are able to participate in tours and other events at their own risk. While safety is our main goal - but we are not responsible for:
- Accidents, injury, illness, or the loss of personal items
- Guest negligence causes damage.
- Cancellations or delays caused by weather, traffic, or regulations of government regulations.
- If you sign up for our tours, you agree to take full responsibility for all risks - that arise from travel or outdoor adventure activities.
8. Personal Belongings
- Every visitor should take care of their personal items - like phones, cameras, jewelry, bags, wallets, and other items.
- We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or damage to personal property - during the tour, travel, or camp stay.
9. Tour Changes & Substitutions
- Sometimes, the itinerary components (such as entertainment, activities, vehicles, or camps) could be altered because of operational demands or safety regulations weather conditions.
- Changes in itinerary are not a reason for refunds except if the entire tour is cancelled.
10. Child Policy
Age limits for participation in activities of children can differ depending on the activity:
- Children should not be permitted to participate in the dune bashing.
- Special seating arrangements are there for children, depending on availability.
- Parents/guardians are fully responsible - for their children during the trip.
11. Photography & Media
- While on the tours, we may capture videos or photographs for use in advertising on our website or on social media.
- When you participate in our tours, guests are permitted to use such media.
- Participants who do not wish to be public must inform us before the tour.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any disruptions to service caused by circumstances that are beyond our control, such as:
- Natural disasters, government restrictions, Extreme weather, road closures, and breakdowns of vehicles - no liability arises from these conditions.
13. Intellectual Property
- We’ve created all the content on this website ourselves.
- Respect our work and don’t reuse any images, videos, logos, or written things - unless you have our written approval.
14. Website Usage
- Visitors must not misuse the website, try unauthorized access, or alter information.
- False bookings or fraudulent use - will result in legal action.
15. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) - any dispute will be settled in accordance with UAE law.
